In addition to this, we provide ongoing recruitment solutions where our team works closely with clients, comprehensively managing the recruitment process from job postings to candidate onboarding. This continuous support system is charged on a retainer basis, with the duration and specifics dictated by our mutual agreement with the client. While our operations are predominantly U.S. based, we also extend our services to facilitate international recruitments, provided the client shoulders visa and sponsorship responsibilities.

This includes, but is not limited to, claims arising from workplace incidents, misconduct, or any other unforeseen occurrences.
